MY GREEN VISION FOR PŌNEKE
Wellington is a small city and we punch above our weight. Pōneke is where you can be who you are. Together we can make Wellington affordable, safe and fun! Something different is possible.
Treat housing as a human right, not an investment. That means:
limiting annual rent increases
an independent Rental Warrant of Fitness
real wraparound support to break the cycles of homelessness in Pōneke
Safer communities by tackling the drivers of crime, and a justice system that holds rehabilitation at its core while upholding human rights, dignity and humanity.
Public services are planned and funded to meet people's needs, not shaped around private profit.

Donations fund flyers, hoardings, billboards, and most importantly, help us look after our volunteers. We want to make sure they are fed and cared for while they’re out doing the mahi.
